To use the vWork app you first need to sign in. When you sign in vWork knows who you are. You'll be able to see and complete jobs that are assigned to you.

Sign in using your email address

Before you begin

Your administrator will have created a user profile for you in vWork. Your user profile includes an email address and password. You need these to sign in to the vWork app. Ask your vWork administrator for this information if you don't have it.

Sign in

When you open the vWork app for the first time you will see the sign-in screen. 

1. Type in your email address password. 
   
   
2. Tap Sign in.
   💡Tip: If you select Remember password your email and password are saved so if you sign out you can easily sign back in without re-entering your password.
   
   
   

Sign in using a QR code

You can also tap the QR icon to sign in with a QR Code. You'll need your vWork Administrator to have set up a unique QR code for your user profile to use this sign-in option.  

To sign in with a QR code:

1. Open the vWork app on your Android device.
   
   
2. Tap .
   
   
   
   
3. Hold the scanner over the QR code and wait for it to scan. Once scanned you'll be automatically signed in and the vWork app will open on the Jobs screen.

Sign out

You will stay signed in to the vWork app even when you close the app, unless you select Sign out from the vWork menu. 

To sign out of vWork:

1. Go to the Jobs screen and tap in the red banner to open the vWork menu.
   
   
2. Tap Sign Out .
   
   
   
   
3. The Sign out pop-up window shows asking you to confirm that you want to sign out of the app.
   Tap SIGN OUT.
