If your phone isn't receiving jobs, there are a couple of possible reasons for this:
1. You don't have any network coverage.
2. The job has been unpublished (removed from the schedule) so it hasn't been sent to your phone.
3. Your account could have controlled job release setup (so the job appear on the day of the job or similar)
In order to check whether you have connected to the vWork Server - take the following steps:
iOS (Apple iPhone)
1. Click Menu icon (Top left hand corner of the jobs list) 2. Click Sync Activity |

There you will see if you have connected recently. If not, you may want to check your internet connection.
If you are connected to the network you can manually sync by dragging the screen down on the jobs list page to start a sync.
Android
1. Click Menu (Top left) 2. Click Sync |

Please Note: - If none of the above fixes the problem, we recommend that you log out of the app and log back in. This will however delete any un synced updates that you have made. (this is a good way to refresh the app) |
