Customer Portal Template Permissions

When your Customer Portal users access the portal, you can set what Job Templates they see on the Portal Settings Page.

Just tick the Job Templates they can see:

You can also set what Job Steps and Fields they see in those Job Templates.
Click on the edit icon:

You have the option of making Job Steps and Fields: 

  • Hidden - Your customer portal user will not see this step or field
  • Optional - They will see the step / field and can choose to fill it out, or not.
  • Required - They will see the step / field and must fill it out.
  • Read Only - They will only see the step / field value.

Your portal user will see the fields like the example below:
