When your Customer Portal users access the portal, you can set what Job Templates they see on the Portal Settings Page.
Just tick the Job Templates they can see:
You can also set what Job Steps and Fields they see in those Job Templates.
Click on the edit icon:
You have the option of making Job Steps and Fields:
- Hidden - Your customer portal user will not see this step or field
- Optional - They will see the step / field and can choose to fill it out, or not.
- Required - They will see the step / field and must fill it out.
- Read Only - They will only see the step / field value.
