iPhone or iPad sync problems

If your iPhone or iPad will not sync, Please follow the below instructions. 

This will clear out the errored job update and email the details we have through to vWork support.
Once the errored job update is clear, the rest of the waiting updated should flow through to your vWork account.

1. Tap Menu > Sync activity 2. Scroll down and Tap Debug Logging

 

3. Tap Assisted Sync 4. This will create an email with the failed data to send to vWork support.
