What to do if my android app won't sync

How to clear blocked sync on an Android phone.

On some rare occasions, a job update can get 'stuck' in the sync queue, this can prevent other jobs updates from getting to the server (syncing).

Below are some instructions of how to clear a blocked job update and send the lost job update through to vWork support.

1. Tap the Menu top left

2. Tap Sync Activity

3. Tap Email at the botttom.

4. Choose what email app you use.

sync clear

Then just send the email through to us at vWork support.
