By default, completed jobs stay on the vWork mobile app for 8 hours. This enables your mobile workers to view and interact with the job for 8 hours after they have completed the final step on the job.
If you have Administrator permissions, and the default of 8 hours doesn't work for your business we can change this setting for all your mobile app users. This is an account-wide setting and is applied to all mobile app users; you can't have different time settings for individual users.
You can choose the duration of time to be in minutes, hours, or days. The following table list the options available.
- The shortest time setting of 10 minutes means the job will no longer be visible or editable on the mobile app 10 minutes after the final step is completed.
- The longest time setting of 7 days means the job will be editable and visible on the phone for 7 days.
Every business is different so we allow you to choose what works for you.
