vWork has a basic intergration with MYOB Acumatica that lets you share invoice information from a vWork job to create an invoice in MYOB Acumatica.
You can easily connect MYOB Acumatica with vWork. When you integrate vWork and MYOB Acumatica you can:
- Import your customers from MYOB into vWork.
- Automatically create invoices in MYOB when a vWork job is completed.
- Show vWork job invoice line items on MYOB invoices.
The MYOB Acumatica integration is an optional feature in vWork. To add this to your account please email support@vworkapp.com. Our support team will contact you to discuss your requirements and add the MYOB Acumatica Business integration to your vWork account.

Enable Invoicing in vWork
Before you connect vWork and MYOB Acumatica you must enable invoicing in the vWork Finance settings. The article, Invoicing with vWork, explains how to do this.
Integrate MYOB Acumatica with vWork
You connect vWork with your MYOB Acumatica account through the Integration settings in vWork.
Before you begin
To connect vWork with MYOB Acumatica you need your:

MYOB Acumatica URL - it looks something like this:
https://examplecompany.myobacumatica.com - MYOB Acumatica username
- MYOB Acumatica password.
Connect MYOB Acumatica with vWork
To connect MYOB Acumatica with vWork to share information:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Integrations
- In the URL field, enter the URL for your MYOB Acumatica account.
💡Tip: You only need to type the red portion of the URL that we show in this example; we automatically add the rest of the URL for you:
https://examplecompany.myobacumatic.com
- In the Username field, enter the username you use to sign in to MYOB Acumatica.
- in the Password field, enter the password you use to sign in to MYOB Acumatica.
- Click to check the URL, Username, and Password match with a valid MYOB Acumatica account.
- vWork displays 'Connection successful' to confirm that MYOB recognizes the MYOB Acumatica sign-in credentials.
- Click to finalize the integration and open the MYOB Acumatica settings used to share information with vWork.
Set how vWork shares invoice information with MYOB Acumatica
Once MYOB Acumatica and vWork are integrated you can modify the default settings to tell vWork how often to send invoices to MYOB Acuamtica.
You can choose to manually send invoices or have them automatically pushed from vWork to MYOB Acumatica in batches after a set duration of time has passed. The default setting is to automatically upload pending invoices in a batch every 1 hour- i.e., 60 minutes.
Disable and enable automatic invoice batch upload
To disable or enable the automatic uploading of MYOB Acumatica:
- Click to remove or add a checkmark to the Auto upload enabled checkbox.
- When the checkbox has a checkmark auto-upload is enabled.
- When the checkbox is empty you must manually upload invoices.
- Click .
🔔 Note: Invoices are only ever uploaded when:
- The job's status is 'Complete' - i.e, the final step for the job is completed
- The invoice has been approved in the job editor if your vWork account has the 'Approve Invoice' checkbox feature enabled.
Integrate vWork with another MYOB Acumatica account
If you have more than one MYOB Acumatica account and want to change the account connected to vWork you must:
- disconnect the MYOB Acumatica Account that is currently integrated with vWork,
- and then connect the new account using the process described above.
Disconnect MYOB Acumatica
To disconnect MYOB Acumatica from vWork:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Integrations
- In the MYOB Acumatica Integration Settings section click .
- You'll see a pop-up message that warns you that you are about to remove the URL and MYOB Acumatica sign-in information you used to integrate this MYOB Acumatica account with vWork. You need to remove this information to enter the credentials for the MYOB Acumatica account that you want to change to.
Click OK.
- Now you can add and save the new MYOB Acumatica sign-in credentials following the instructions above.
