Support Hours
Weekday support hours: Monday to Friday
Our support team is available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:30 pm NZST or NZDST.
Weekend support hours: Saturday and Sunday
On weekends and New Zealand statutory holidays our support team is available 9:30 am to 8:30 pm NZST or NZDST.
Daylight savings time
Note: NZST - New Zealand Standard time is 12 hours in advance of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
From the last Sunday in September until the first Sunday in April we observe NZDST - New Zealand daylight saving time. NZDST is 13 hours ahead of UTC.
Ways to get support
Note: With every method to create a support request, if you would like us to call you please include your phone number in your message with any other details that will help us to call you back. We respond to all support tickets by email unless you make a request for us to call you.

Create a Support Ticket
You can create a support ticket through our job logging system.
To create a support ticket from in vWork on your desktop browser you have two options:
- Click this icon in the top right corner of the web app.
- Click the headphone icon in the top right corner of the vWork banner in the web app.
This opens a help window where you can type a question to search for suggested online help articles.
If you can't find the answer in our online help then tap to open a window where you can send through a support request email.

The vWork mobile app
You can also create a support ticket from the vWork mobile app on either Android or iOS.
On Android:
- Open the menu and tap About to open the About screen.
- Tap Support and provide a description of your issue.
- Tap Ok to send the Support Ticket.

On iOS:
- Open the menu and tap About to open the About screen.
- Tap Email us in the red banner and provide a description of your issue.
- Tap Preview to review your message.
- Tap the blue arrow to send the email.
