What Does the Integration Do?
It allows you to easily import your customers into vWork and export invoices back out to QuickBooks.
How to Set It Up
vWork enables you to both import customers from, and export invoices to, QuickBooks.
To enable this, simply navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on the "Connect to QuickBooks" button.
If you are not already logged into QuickBooks, you will then be prompted to log in and authorize the sharing of data from QuickBooks to vWork.
Importing Customers From QuickBooks
Navigate to the Customers page and select "Import". You will then be presented with a variety of import options from which you should select "Import from QuickBooks Online".
Once the import is complete, you should see the following message to the right of the "Import" option.
Customers that have been imported from QuickBooks Online are identifiable by a note added to their customer Record.
Exporting Invoices to QuickBooks
Once vWork is linked to QuickBooks, you can choose to either do a manual upload or automate how often to sync invoices.
You also have the option to include a tax rate in QuickBooks or not, depending on whether you wish to have vWork or QuickBooks calculate the tax on the job.
