What if My Workers are in Different Time Zones?

Account Time Zone

Each vWork account has a default time zone. This should have been set to your time zone automatically when you signed up for your account.

If you need to adjust this, you can set the Default Time Zone for your account on the settings page. 

 

Group Time Zones

If you have workers in a different time zone than your account time zone, then you should set them up in a different group.

When you create this new group, you can set the time zone for workers in this group.

 This will ensure that jobs are always displayed at the correct time for all workers.

(eg: If a dispatcher in the Eastern time zone schedules a job for 10am Eastern, it will display on a Central worker's phone as a 9am Central job.)
