vWork updates (releases)
vWork is updated 3-4 times per week on average. No downtime is required during a release update - they won't disturb or disrupt your use of vWork.
We send out release notes every time a change is made. You can signup for our release notes mailing list here.
Scheduled maintenance is sometimes required to update core components like databases. These are rare, maybe only 1-3 times per year.
We ensure these are planned to take place at our quietest time (usually on a weekend evening).
We email all Admin users at least one week before this occurs. This emailed notification will include the date and time for the maintenance event and an indication of how long we expect it to take.
If you are not a vWork admin user and wish to sign up for these notifications, please add yourself to our outages mailing list here.

Unplanned outages are avoided at all costs. However, if this occurs, we'll keep you updated via our status page. You'll find this at: http://vworkapp.status.io/.
If the unplanned outage is likely to continue for more than a few minutes, you'll be automatically redirected to the status page where we will post regular updates.
Subscribe to the vWork status page
