How long do we keep your data?
By default we delete jobs with a status of Completed, Declined, Canceled, or Deleted where the last update to the job is older than 365 days.
How can I back up my jobs and data?
You do have the option to back up every completed job by setting up monthly or weekly CSV export reports. You can also set up the 'Auto Reports' feature to email relevant stakeholders a Job Status Report automatically whenever a job is completed.

Can data be retained for longer than 365 days?
