If you have access to a vWork hosted Customer Portal you can track and (you may also be able to) create jobs with the service provider that owns the Customer Portal.
🔔 Note: the Customer Portal pictures and settings you see here are examples. They will look and feel different from what you see. How the Customer Portal looks and behaves is customized by the service provider you subscribe to through the vWork hosted Customer Portal.

Log in to the Customer Portal
To log in to the Customer Portal:
- Navigate to the Customer Portal Login page.
💡 Tip: It has a URL that looks something like this that you can type into your browser: https://example.vwork.io/login (substitute 'example' with the name your service provider uses for their Customer Portal).
- Enter your email in the Email field and your password in the Password field.
- Click .
Create your job and view job progress
You can view and track the progress of your jobs in the Customer Portal in the Jobs tab. If enabled you may also be able to create and edit jobs through the Jobs tab. You can learn more about this in the article, Create and view a job in the Customer Portal.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it in the Customer Portal Login page.
- Navigate to the Customer Portal login page.

- Click the Reset your password link.
💡 Tip:If you are unable to reset your password, please contact your Customer Portal provider.

Track your jobs on the Map
Your Customer Portal access may enable you to track your jobs on the Map. You are able to view jobs on the Map once your job has started and when it has a geocoded address. Please see the article, Using the Map in the Customer Portal, to learn more about using the Map to track your jobs.
Get notified about progress on your Job
You can set up a notification called a Job Alert to notify you of updates to your job. Job Alerts are sent to you in an email or SMS message. The Alert is triggered by a job event that you choose; such as a job start reminder.
