You can easily add your own company logo to all the parts of vWork that your customers see:
printed reports, emailed reports, the customer portal, etc.
It is easy to do, all you need is a JPG, GIF or PNG file of your logo.
How do I add my logo to vWork
1. Go to General > Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Now upload a copy of your logo. You don’t have to be too fussy on size, vWork will automatically resize it to fit when you upload it, but it does need to be a JPG, GIF or PNG file.
Click Choose Logo then browse to find and select the logo file you want to upload.
3. vWork will choose a background color to match your logo. If you don’t like the color selected, you can click to select a different color from anywhere on your logo instead. Alternatively, you can type the Hex color format of the color you want in the Header Background Color field.
4. When you are happy with your choices, click Save at the bottom of the page.
When customers log into your vWorkApp customer portal, they will see your brand at the top of the page. It will also show on Customer Receipts and on a Casual Worker'sphone when they accept a job.
