About the support request
The Support Request can be sent from any email address you use on your Android device. The email address that shows in the support request may not be the same email address you use to log in to the vWork app. You are able to change it when you submit the support request.
Make sure you have data enabled so the email can be sent.
The support request also sends a log of your mobile device settings.
Create a support request
To create a support request email from your vWork app:
- Tap in the red banner to open the vWork app menu.
- From the menu, tap About to open the About vWork screen.
- Tap Support to a pop-up window where you can type your Support request.
- Tap the Description of issue part of the pop-up window to open the keyboard and type your support request.
When you are done, tap OK to select your preferred email service from the email accounts available on your mobile device. - A window displays that lets you select your preferred email service from the email accounts you have on your mobile device.
Tap to select the email service you want to use to send the Support Request email. - The support request email is created in your selected email account.
- Review the email address entered in the From field. This is the email address that submits the request and where reply messages are sent. Tap it and change it to something else if you want to.
- When you have reviewed the email and made any modifications, tap send
Note: This message isn't saved in the Messages screen in the vWork app - it is saved in your selected email account.
