vWork sets standard working hours for all mobile workers. These are called Account Working Hours. They show on the Schedule so your dispatchers can see when a worker is available. They also transfer to vWork's optional Route Optimization feature to make sure workers used in optimized routes only have jobs assinged to them that will work with their shift working hours.
You may also have workers who don't work standard working hours. For these workers you can set customized shifts and days of work that override the standard Account Working Hours. These are called User Working Hours.
User Working Hours can also be used to show when a worker is on leave.
