If you schedule jobs from the Jobs tab or the Map tab then changes you make to jobs are sent out to your mobile workers as soon as the job is updated.
However, if you are drag and drop jobs on the Schedule you can move jobs around and make the best schedule before publishing the changes to your workers.
When you are satisfied with the Schedule click the Publish Schedule button at the top of the screen to send the changed schedule and updated jobs to your workers.
