Many of the vWork reports are limited to how many jobs you can include. This is because the reports are rendered in the web browser for you to review before printing, emailing, or saving as a PDF.
For larger sets of data, we have a special report called the "CSV Export". The CSV Export report does not have this limitation, it streams straight to a CSV file on your computer and can be run for longer time frames and larger numbers of jobs.
If you need to download all of your vWork data so that you have your own copy, this is the best report to use.
Simply choose "CSV Export" from the Report Type pull-down menu and then select whatever other filters you need for templates, customers, workers, or groups.
While you can run this report for a larger dataset, we still recommend running this report for a set time range. Depending on the volume of jobs you work with, this may be for a month, or a quarter, or perhaps even a year if you work with a smaller number of jobs per month.
Finally, you will need to select the job status. To get the cleanest set of archive results, you should only select "Completed" jobs. (Selecting all statuses will result in duplicate jobs in your CSV files as some job statuses, like unassigned, do not respect the date filter as they have no start date.)
If you are using a vWork plan that includes API access, you can also download your job data as XML formatted data via the API. There is a separate helpdesk article covering how to do this here.
