This reports on the shift activity for selected mobile users and provides a summary that shows how much time they have been "on shift" in a given time period. This is useful for confirming hours worked. |
Worker Activity: |
This report summarizes the duration of time selected mobile users have spent on each job in a given time period. It is similar to the Customer Activity report but it groups jobs by each mobile user. For each job assigned to a mobile user, the report shows: the customer’s name, a breakdown of time spent on each job step showing the start and finish time, and the total time spent on the job including the actual start and finish time. |
Customer Activity: |
This report summarizes the duration of time your mobile users have spent on each job for a specific customer in a given time period. It is similar to the Worker Activity report but it groups jobs by customer. For each job associated with a customer, the report shows: the mobile user assigned to the job, a breakdown of time spent on each job step showing the start and finish time, and the total time spent on the job including the actual start and finish time |
Job Status |
This reports on all data related to a job and the information captured while completing a job. This report includes signatures and photos, step information (label, time, and addresses), and any other information captured for a job. Note: The information provided in both Job Status report versions is the same. Job Status v2 has a better layout and displays photos in an improved format from the original legacy Job Status report. We recommend you use Job Status v2. |
Run Sheet (CSV): |
This report provides a complete list of all jobs for a specific delivery run created in CSV file format so that it can be imported into a spreadsheet. This report includes everything you need to organize a loading dock and provides an overview of the jobs and customers mobile users are scheduled to do jobs for on a given day. |
Job Sheets: |
This report generates job sheets for published jobs, that are not started, for a given time period. It enables you to print job sheets for mobile workers who do not have access to the vWork mobile app. A job sheet includes all the information needed to successfully complete jobs and record key milestones on the job including scheduled start time and estimated job duration, actual start time and duration, all steps, tags, hazards, and required custom fields (such as proof of delivery). |

Custom Reports: |
This is similar to the Job Status Report but you can customize it by hiding selected data so that it only shows information relevant to the person who will read it. This is useful for providing information to customers and other stakeholders where you want to share very specific information about jobs rather than all information. |
